My PetSafe® 100 Yard Remote Trainer Remote Is Not Charging
Change Adaptor and Outlet
Plug the charger into a different wall outlet and look for the battery icon to show on the remote.
Plug the charging cable into a different wall adaptor. If you are not using a wall adaptor, plug the charging cable into a different USB port or outlet.
If the remote is completely dead, it can take several minutes after plugging in the charger for the remote display to show.
Confirm the Remote Is Charging
Plug the charger into the collar. The light on the collar will glow solid green. If the collar indicates that it's charging, take the charger from the collar and connect it to the remote.
If neither the collar nor the remote charges, this indicates an issue with the charging cable. Contact Customer Care for a replacement or purchase a new one HERE.
Check the Remote’s Charging Port
Inspect the charging port on the remote. Shine a bright light into the opening and confirm that both metal pins are intact. Make sure the charging port is clear of any dirt or debris.
