How To Adjust My PetSafe® Happy Ride® Metal Dog Barrier
Important Information
The barrier can be configured in many ways to fit your vehicle and your needs.
For each set of mounting brackets and clamps, use the provided stickers to label which tube belongs to which mounting bracket to make setup quick and easy each time.
The height of each support rod has an adjustable range of 32-49 inches. To adjust the length of the support rods, rotate the large wingnuts on the threaded rods.
Adjust the height and spacing of each oval tube by loosening the wingnut on the mounting brackets and sliding the tubes up or down. Tighten the wingnut when the tubes are in the desired position.
The width of each oval tube has an adjustable range of 33-57 inches. Adjust the width of each tube on either or both sides by loosening the wingnut on the clamps and moving left or right. Tighten the wingnuts when the tubes are in the desired position.
