How To Change App Notifications for My PetSafe® ScoopFree® SmartSpin™ Self-Cleaning Litter Box

To allow notifications from the app to be sent, you will need to enable notifications for the app under your phone’s settings.

The deodorant reminder will send a notification every 15 days as a reminder to change the deodorant cartridge.

Open the PetSafe® Pet Companion app.

Select the settings icon in the center of the home screen.

Toggle the notification to blue if you would like to receive it.

The offline notification will be sent once the SmartSpin™ is disconnected from Wi-Fi for 30 minutes or longer.

Open the ScoopFree® Litter Box app.

Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the home screen.

Toggle the Offline Notification to blue to receive it.
