How To Determine Which PetSafe® Happy Ride® Telescoping Ramp Is Best for My Pet
Important Information
The pet ramp is designed for use only by pets such as dogs, cats, and small animals. It is not intended to carry humans or heavy loads.
Measure the height of your vehicle at the point your pet will be entering. For example, if you would like your pet to enter your backseat, you will need to measure the height of your backseat. If you would like the pet to enter the back of your vehicle, you need to measure the top of your bumper where the ramp will rest.
Compare the vehicle entry point height measurement with the table above.
Do not use a ramp that creates a steep incline for your vehicle height as this can cause difficulties for your pet.
If your dog is elderly or has a loss of muscle mass, we recommend a longer ramp to create a more gradual angle for your pet to walk up.

Happy Ride® Compact Telescoping Ramp- This ramp is best for entry point heights of 19-30 inches.
