How to Refill the PetSafe® Elite Little Dog Spray Bark Collar
Turn the collar off.
Set the collar upside down on a flat surface and place the spray canister into the refill port. Hold the canister straight and firmly press down for 10 seconds. The spray can and collar have an appropriate seal if it is silent during the filling process.
- If hissing or leaking sounds can be heard, ensure the can is at a 90-degree angle from the collar and pressed firmly into the fill port during filling. If the issue persists, contact Customer Care.
Important: The collar holds 25-30 sprays and cannot be overfilled. If the spray leaks out while filling, repeat this step, pressing down more firmly.
Reset the spray counter after every refill. Use a coin to turn the collar on. The light will turn green, then yellow for two seconds.
Turn the collar off when the light turns yellow.
Turn the collar back on. The light will blink yellow, then green to indicate the spray counter has been reset.
