How to Set Up a Subscription for My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Collars
If you are setting up multiple subscriptions, you will get a unique email for each collar.
Start with setting up your collar. For more information, visit How to Onboard and Setup My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking System.
Check your email (email will expire in 30 minutes). Be sure to check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox. If it has been 30 minutes or more, hit the Resend Email at the bottom of the app screen.
If you do not see this option in your app, select Pets, and then setup your subscription.
Please note that for each subscription you are setting up, you will get a unique email.
Press Choose Plan.
Select either the yearly or monthly payment option. If you are setting up multiple subscriptions, the billing frequency will be different depending on the day each subscription was started.
Enter any promo or discount code in the box below the subtotal then press Apply.
Enter the rest of the payment information and checkout.
Once the payment is successfully processed, your app will notify you when your collar is ready if notifications are turned on.
If you signed up for the one-month free trial, you will receive an email reminder three days before the trial ends, notifying you that billing will begin
