The flashing yellow light on the PetSafe® Elite Little Dog Spray Bark Collar indicates low spray.

It is recommended to fill or top off your spray bark collar and reset the spray counter at the same time. The spray counter keeps track of how many times the collar has sprayed since the previous fill. The collar will begin to flash a yellow light after 20 sprays have been emitted. This indicates low spray.
