How to Troubleshoot a Leaking PetSafe® Healthy Pet Water Station
Ensure the PetSafe® Healthy Pet Water Station is located on a flat, level surface.
Inspect the water station for visible damage.
Remove the reservoir from the base and remove the reservoir cap. Confirm the flow control cap is plugged firmly into place if there is no filter in use. If the optional filter is in use, the flow control cap should be open.
Test the water station away from pets to confirm the leak.
Place your water station in a location where pets will not have access. You can place a paper towel down to easily see any water and where it is originating. If the area around the fountain remains dry and free of any indication of leaking after this test, this indicates the water occurring around the water station area is not the result of a leak.
