How to Troubleshoot No Power to My PetSafe® YardMax® Wall Unit
Confirm the power adaptor is securely inserted into the wall unit and plugged into the wall outlet.
Make sure the power switch is set to on (I). If there is still no power to the transmitter continue to step 3.
Unplug the wall transmitter and plug another device into the same outlet.
- If there is power to the new device and not the YardMax® wall unit contact Customer Care.
- If the new device does not have power, your wall outlet is not providing power.
