My 60 oz or 90 oz PetSafe® Outlast™ Fountain Has Low or No Flow

A red status light indicates the fountain is low on water and needs to be refilled. If you are not seeing the red status light, visit How to Turn ON/OFF the Light on My PetSafe® Outlast™ Fountain.

With the tray in place, fill the bowl slowly with water to the ledge where the white bowl meets the clear top. Only fill from the bowl, not the tower, to avoid motor damage. Do not overfill.

Remove the filter. If the water begins flowing normally, replace the filter with a new one. Replacements can be purchased on PetSafe.com. Contact Customer if you have recently replaced the filter and are now having this issue.
