If your cat is running/charging the door when the door is locked, you can place household items like a laundry basket or trash can a few feet in front of the door to slow their momentum until the behavior stops. This can help prevent your cat from dislodging the flap.

Revisit the training. The Big Cat Door is not intended as a security device to hold up to an aggressive or forcible entry/exit attempt when locked. It is normal for the cat to use a paw or nose to nudge the door to see if it is unlocked and ready to use. However, your cat should not attempt to force their way through a locked door. This behavior will need to be discouraged via training.
