My Electronic Pet Door Has a Solid Red Light
A solid red light on your Electronic Pet Door indicates an internal failure. Try the following to resolve the error.
Replacing the batteries in the pet door with a new set of alkaline D-cell batteries.
Loosen the installation screws by half a turn each.
Remove the pet door from the cutout and test the door. If the door functions properly, you may need to make adjustments to the cutout.
