My Pet Is Escaping the PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Fence
Remove collar(s) from pet(s) before troubleshooting.
Verify the collar battery is charged and powered on.
Confirm the collar isn’t slowly blinking white, indicating a lost GPS signal. If so, visit My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Fence Base Unit Has a Flashing White Light for troubleshooting steps.
Check the correction level in the app. Verify it is not tone and vibration only. Adjust the correction level up one level.
Test the collar at the boundary. Visit How to Test the PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Fence Collar.
Important: Please note that this system utilizes GPS technology. The boundary will be a general area. It is not uncommon for a delay in correction or to vary in location slightly.
