My PetSafe® Automatic Ball Launcher Has No Power
Important Information

Power Adapter
Ensure the power adapter is fully inserted in the device and the power switch is ON (I). Try plugging the power adapter into a different outlet. If the unit still does not power on, remove the power adapter and try using batteries. For detailed information, visit our article How to Replace the Batteries in My PetSafe® Automatic Ball Launcher.
If the unit powers on with batteries, you may need to replace the power adapter. Click the link here for the replacement power adaptor. You may notice that it is labeled for the smart feed, however, this adaptor is also used for the ball launcher.
Batteries
Ensure the 6 D-cell batteries are inserted correctly and the power switch is ON (I). Replace the batteries with new batteries, inserting them according to the diagram. For detailed information, visit our article How to Replace the Batteries in My PetSafe® Automatic Ball Launcher.
If the unit still does not power on, try using the power adapter.
