My PetSafe® Avalon Ceramic Pet Fountain Has Low or No Flow
In the event the pump in your fountain no longer has sufficient flow, try these steps to get it working again.
Ensure the fountain is filled with water.
Ensure the gasket on the underside of the cone is lined up properly with the circle on the top of the carbon filter housing.
Change the filters, disassemble, and clean the pump using a 50/50 water and white vinegar solution as described in the article How To Disassemble and Clean My PetSafe® Avalon Ceramic Pet Fountain.
