My PetSafe® Core Dog Trainer Collar Is Not Charging

Make sure both the charger and collar are free from any debris. If not wipe off with a dry cloth.

Make sure the magnetic charger is making a secure connection on the collar and remains connected when you set the collar down.

If the collar does not have a green light when charging, try another device in the USB brick to ensure it is working.

Then try another wall outlet. Make sure you are using an outlet in another room.

If the collar is still not charging, try using the magnetic charger on the remote to see if the charging cord is functioning properly.

If the remote is also not charging, you may need a new cord.
