My PetSafe® Drinkwell® ½, 1, or 2 Gallon Fountain has a Weak or Stopped Flow

Remove the lid and check the flow control knob. The knob rotates, allowing you to adjust the strength of the flow. To increase the flow, rotate the knob to point to the right.

Check the filters. Dirty filters will not allow water to flow easily through them. Replace the carbon filter if dirty. Clean debris from the foam filter or replace if old and dirty.
