My PetSafe® Drinkwell® Mini Fountain is Overflowing or Leaking

Ensure the pre-filter is clear of any pet hair and debris.

Check that the filter housing is properly installed.

Check the cord tension on the pump. Make sure there is some slack from the pump to the rubber cord gasket.

Inspect the bowl and base for cracks.
