My PetSafe® Drinkwell® Platinum Fountain is Overflowing or Leaking
Ensure the pre-filter is clear of any pet hair and debris.
Check that the water reservoir is installed correctly.
Check that the cap on the water reservoir is screwed on correctly and not cross-threaded.
Inspect the water reservoir for damage. Ensure there are no holes, cracks, seam separation or similar that might allow air into the reservoir.
The fountain will still operate fully without the reservoir. You may run the fountain without the reservoir in place to determine if the reservoir is causing the issue.
If it is damaged, replace the water reservoir. Replacement can be purchased through our website here.
