My PetSafe® NanoBark™ 2.0 Collar Is Not Charging

Make sure the charger and collar are free from debris. Wipe the collar and charger connection plates with a damp cloth. This ensures there is a good connection.

If you are using a USB adaptor, try a different one or plug a different electronic device into the adaptor to see if it is functional.

If you plug the cable directly into the wall, try using a different USB outlet or plug a different electronic into the outlet to see if it is functional.

If your USB cord is not working, purchase a new one here.
