My PetSafe® Outlast™ 128 oz Pumpless Pet Fountain Has Low or No Flow
A red status light indicates the fountain is low on water and needs to be refilled.
Fill the water bowl to the ledge where the white bowl meets the clear ledge. Do not overfill the bowl. Do not add water to the tower. This will cause damage to the motor.
Remove the filter. If the water begins flowing normally, replace the filter with a new one. Replacements can be purchased on PetSafe.com. Contact Customer if you have recently replaced the filter and are now having this issue.
