My PetSafe® Seaside Stainless Pet Fountain has a Weak or Stopped Flow

Ensure there is plenty of water in the bowl. If the water level gets too low, the pump could have difficulty keeping a consistent flow of water.

Ensure the rubber gasket in the center of the tower is seated properly and created a good seal on the top of the filter housing.

Check the filters. Dirty filters will not allow water to flow easily through them. Replace the carbon filter if dirty. Clean debris from the foam filter or replace if old and dirty.
