My PetSafe® Vibration Bark Control Collar Doesn’t Have Power
If there is no power to your collar, replace the battery using a PetSafe® Brand RFA-188 Battery. The batteries can be purchased at PetSafe.com.
Use a coin to twist the battery counterclockwise. Align the line on the battery to the arrow icon on the collar.
Remove the battery from the collar.
Align the line on the new battery with the arrow on the collar.
Use a coin to press in and turn clockwise to lock the battery in place.
