Spray is Leaking or Constant on My PetSafe® SSSCAT® Spray
Important Information
- Ensure your replacement can is a PetSafe® SSSCAT® refill can. Using any other product can result in damage to the spray unit.
- Replacement cans can be purchased through our website here.
Spray leaking is usually a result of the spray unit and spray can not making a proper seal.
Power off the unit by adjusting the power switch to the right “O” position.
Remove the spray can. Ensure there is no damage on the spray can.

Ensure the locking ring is properly seated on the spray unit.

Once reassembled, test the spray unit with the spray nozzle in different positions.

If the leaking continues, replace the spray can with a new one.
If the replacement can does not resolve the issue, you will need to replace the spray unit. Replacements are available on our website here.
