The Pump Is Not Working in My PetSafe® Multi-Tier Pet Fountain

Important Information

  • Never let the water level fall below 1 inch from the base of the bowl to avoid pump failure.
  • Take apart the pump and clean each time you disassemble and clean the fountain.
  • If you have “hard water”, you may start to see white mineral deposits on or down inside the motor. This may eventually prevent the impeller from turning properly.

Thoroughly rinse all parts with clean water to ensure there is no soap or vinegar residue remaining.
