What Do the Lights on My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence Mean?
Base Unit Light Sequences:
When the base unit is plugged in and powered on, the PetSafe® logo/ light will be white.
Solid Blue Light: A solid blue light is the ideal status light as it indicates the base unit is connected to the Wi-Fi network and the internet.
Blinking Blue Light: A blinking blue light indicates that the base unit is unable to or attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi network. Visit My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence Base Has a Blinking Blue Light.
Blinking Red Light: A flashing red light indicates the base unit is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network. Visit My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence Base Has a Blinking Red Light.
Solid Red Light: A solid red light indicates the base unit is connected to the Wi-Fi network but unable to connect to the internet. Visit My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence Base Has a Solid Red Light.
Collar Light Sequences:
The collar will always display two different statuses. When the collar is powered on the first flash will show the battery strength and the second flash will show the GPS connection strength.
No Lights: No lights on your collar indicate a power issue. Visit My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence Collar Has No LED Light.
Green Light, Green Light Combination:
Good battery, good GPS signal. The collar is fully functional. No action is needed.
Green Light, Yellow Light Combination:
Good battery, fair GPS signal. The collar is functional but there may be some environmental interferences. No action is needed.
Green Light, Red Light Combination:

Yellow Light, Green Light Combination:
