What Do the Lights on My PetSafe® ScoopFree® Crystal Plus Self-Cleaning Litter Box Mean?
Tray Life LED
The Tray Life LED displays the current status of the litter tray and communicates with the tray-life indicator tag located on the back of the tray to verify its authenticity.
Solid Blue Light
The litter tray is correctly installed, validated, and used for fewer than 50 rake cycles.
Solid Yellow Light

Slow Blinking Red Light
The litter tray has been in use for 199 rake cycles; the litter box will no longer rake until the tray is changed. Replace with an authentic PetSafe® Crystal Litter Tray. If you are using one of the PetSafe® reusable trays, the rake counter will reset after being removed for 10 seconds.
Fast Blinking Red Light
The litter tray is incorrectly installed or invalid. Reinstall or replace with an authentic PetSafe® Crystal Litter Tray. For more information, visit My Disposable Litter Tray Is Not Working With My PetSafe® ScoopFree® Plus Litter Box.
Rake Button LED
The Rake Button LED indicates the status of the litter box.
Solid Blue
The litter box has power and is functioning normally.
Slow Blinking Blue
The rake timer is counting down, or raking is currently in progress.
Fast Blinking Blue
The rake is paused. This happens when you press the Rake Button while the rake is in motion. The rake cycle will resume automatically in 10 minutes. Press the Rake Button to resume the rake cycle earlier.
Fast Blinking Yellow

Solid Red Light
